COLUMBUS, OHIO – The Pizzuti Companies is pleased to announce the promotion of six associates. Adam Okuley has been promoted to Executive Vice President & General Counsel, Ashley Senn to Director of Pizzuti Solutions, Patrick Katzenmeyer to Director of Pizzuti Solutions, Sophia Lanza to Project Manager for Pizzuti Solutions, Kara Thomas to Accounting Manager, and John Osinski to Finance Manager.
Pizzuti Solutions, a wholly owned subsidiary of The Pizzuti Companies, serves predominantly as project manager or an Owner’s Representative on public sector work.

Adam joined The Pizzuti Companies with more than nine years of experience in the practice of law. A graduate of Ohio State University, Adam received his Juris Doctorate from the Moritz College of Law and was a Super Lawyers Rising Star for real estate from 2020-2021. Adam’s experience spans an array of property types including multi-family, industrial, student housing, and mixed-use/office. In his role, Adam helps manage and document all real estate transactions including purchases, sales, leases, and loans.
Ashley brings more than a decade of experience in the public sector, working at both the federal and local government levels. As division director, Ashley partners with clients to develop strategies and programing for new projects. She manages the entire program cycle and coordinates with the project team to achieve the best outcomes for clients and stakeholders.
Patrick provides a wide range of private- and public sector experience to both The Pizzuti Companies’ development and Solutions teams. He has extensive experience managing due diligence, architects, engineers, permit expediters, and general contractors throughout the development process. Patrick also has expertise in site selection, lease negotiation, market analysis, and program development.
Sophia joined Pizzuti Solutions in October 2021 after beginning her career in the public sector. As a project manager, Sophia maintains and monitors project details such as schedules, deliverables, and budgeting. She monitors the program cycle and manages members of the project team to achieve the best outcomes for clients and stakeholders.
Kara utilizes accounting methods, policies, and principles to produce financial reports and oversee the operations of the accounting department.
John works primarily on underwriting investment performance for potential developments and evaluating existing asset performance, with a focus on creating and maintaining associated financial models. He works closely with Pizzuti’s accounting, legal, property management, and development teams to manage each of Pizzuti’s potential and existing investments.
