Pizzuti – Bocchi Laboratories

Bocchi Laboratories, a California-based producer of health, beauty, and personal care products, selected The Pizzuti Companies to develop a new 130,000-square-foot manufacturing facility in New Albany, Ohio.

Located in the Personal Care and Beauty Campus within the New Albany Business Park, the facility was designed and built to accommodate a future expansion of up to 57,000 square feet.

New Albany Business Park, Ohio’s largest planned corporate campus, features several focused innovation campuses tailored to increase innovation, productivity, and competitiveness. The Personal Care and Beauty Campus is a highly integrated supply chain sub designed to support companies within the personal care and beauty industry that can benefit from complementary capabilities, common supply chain contractors, and creative synergies.
