COLUMBUS, OHIO – The Pizzuti Companies is pleased to announce a leasing partnership with Experience Columbus to occupy retail and office space at The Offices at The Joseph in the Short North Arts District.
Experience Columbus is the Columbus region's premier destination marketing organization dedicated to growing visitor spending and enhancing the visitor experience. Their storefront will occupy 3,800 square feet of first-floor retail space at 625 North High Street, with 11,000 square feet for their relocated office space on the building’s fourth floor.

Completion is expected Q4 2025, when Experience Columbus will join tenants The Pizzuti Companies, Drive Capital, and CorePower Yoga.

The Joseph’s mixed-use project components include 60,000 square feet of Class A office space and 12,000 square feet of retail space along North High Street and Milay Alley, the boutique hotel Le Méridien, The Joseph Columbus, a 313-space parking garage adjacent to the office building, and the Columbus Museum of Art at The Pizzuti. Only 15,000 square feet of office space remains available in The Offices at The Joseph.
