Pizzuti Solutions is providing development management services for a new theater and education center in Naples, Florida. The facility will include a 350-seat proscenium theater, a 150-seat black box theater, an education center, rehearsal space, and back-of-house support spaces. 

Pizzuti Solutions’ development management services for the project include site selection, local government coordination, planning, zoning and entitlements, and architect selection.
