The Pizzuti Companies, a leader in the development, marketing, and management of real estate, is pleased to announce two promotions within the firm. Dan Gore has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Development and Jon Riewald has been promoted to Vice President of Development. Both associates work out of the firm’s Columbus, Ohio headquarters.

Pizzuti, President and Chief Operating Officer of The Pizzuti Companies. “I look forward to their continued successes and dedication as they expand their leadership roles within the company.” 

In Gore’s new role as Senior Vice President of Development, he will continue to oversee the development of Class A hospitality, multi-family, and mixed-use projects primarily in Columbus and Nashville. Since joining the firm in 2014, Gore has been involved in numerous high-profile projects, including The Joseph Nashville, a 21-story Luxury Collection Hotel currently under construction in downtown Nashville. 

Jon Riewald, Pizzuti’s newest Vice President of Development, will continue to oversee the development process for a broad range of urban infill projects, including multi-family and mixed-use developments in Columbus and Cincinnati. Since joining the firm in 2016, Riewald has been involved in the redevelopment of Library Park, Pizzuti’s latest multi-family development in Columbus’ Discovery District, and The Offices at The Sutton, a mixed-use project that includes 45,000 square feet of Class A office space and 12,000 square feet of retail space in Columbus’s Short North Arts District.
