Pizzuti to move headquarters to new office building in Columbus’ Short North Arts District

The Pizzuti Companies has announced plans to move its headquarters to the Offices at the Joseph, a 60,000-square-foot office/retail building currently under construction in Columbus’ Short North Arts District.

Pizzuti, a full-service real estate development firm established in 1976, will move from its current office space at Two Miranova to approximately 11,000 square feet on the fourth floor of the Pizzuti-developed Offices at the Joseph, located at 629 North High Street.

“The Short North’s mix of restaurants, shopping and entertainment makes it one of the most vibrant, exciting areas in Columbus,” said Joel S. Pizzuti, President of The Pizzuti Companies. “The office space offered at the Joseph will be unlike any other in the Short North; we look forward to being part of the neighborhood for decades to come.”

Destination retailer Anthropologie, which offers a curated mix of clothing, accessories, gifts and home décor, has been signed as a retail anchor in the building, occupying approximately 10,000 square feet on the first and second floors.

In addition to the six-story office/retail building, Pizzuti’s mixed-use development includes the city’s first boutique hotel – Le Meridien Columbus, The Joseph – as well as a structured parking structure adjacent to the office building. The office, hotel and parking structure are all under construction, with completion expected later this year. A fourth project component, the Pizzuti Collection art exhibition space, opened last fall in a renovated office building fronting Goodale Park on Park Street.
