Grove City Library

Grove City Library

Pizzuti Solutions served as Owner’s Representative for the development of a new branch library located at Broadway and Grant Avenue in Grove City’s historic Town Center.

Pizzuti Solutions assisted with all aspects of the project, including site selection and master planning, budget validation, program validation, architect selection, design review, and construction administration oversight.

Featuring two entry plazas, the 49,100-square-foot branch library and was built using traditional materials including brick, stone, decorative metal, and glass.

The library replaces an aging facility originally constructed in 1954 and expanded several times to its current size of 16,000 square feet of public service space and 16,000 square feet of administrative office space.

Built in partnership between the City of Grove City and the Southwest Public Library District, the library includes space to house the library’s collection as well as meeting space, a teen area, and an expanded children’s area.
