StarTech.com, an Ontario based, global manufacturer of IT connectivity parts, selected The Pizzuti Companies to build and lease the 253,900-square-foot, Class-A modern distribution facility in the southeast logistics corridor of Columbus, Ohio.

The build-to-suit project marks StarTech.com’s third expansion in the Columbus industrial market since leasing 48,000 square feet at Pizzuti’s CreekSide Industrial Center in 2011. Since first leasing speculative space, the manufacturer has expanded three times and increased their footprint by over 200,000 square feet.

Located at State Route 33 and Hamilton Road, the unique land opportunity provides excellent freeway visibility.

Convergys Corporation selected The Pizzuti Companies to build a multi-phased, build-to-suit project for a corporate relocation in Lake Mary, Florida.
