Pizzuti – MBM Corporation

The Pizzuti Companies was selected to develop a new build-to-suit food distribution facility for Meadowbrook Meat Corporation (MBM) in CreekSide Industrial Center.

The food distributor engaged Pizzuti to build the 125,000-square-foot building, which includes a combination of dry, cooler, and freezer space, and parking for more than 100 automobiles and 30 trailers on a secured site. The new facility was built on a 14-acre site, which includes 6-acres for future expansion.

MBM’s distribution center is located within Pizzuti’s master planned CreekSide Industrial Center. With over 500 acres and 12 million square feet of distribution, warehouse, and light manufacturing development, CreekSide is one of Columbus’ largest industrial parks.

Convergys Corporation selected The Pizzuti Companies to build a multi-phased, build-to-suit project for a corporate relocation in Lake Mary, Florida.
