The Pizzuti Companies and Haslam Sports Group have broken ground on Astor Park’s Residential A Block, 261 multifamily units ushering in the first phase of the project’s residential development. The neighborhood will be a mixed-use rarity where multi-family living, Class-A offices with ground-floor retail, riverfront parks, public art, and world-class sports come together.
Pizzuti Solutions last night unveiled two works of art donated during an Upper Arlington Cultural Arts Commission meeting at the Bob Crane Community Center. Pizzuti Solutions worked as an Owner’s Representative on the community center, where the pieces will be permanently displayed.
The Pizzuti Companies announced leasing is underway at Jaeger Square, the 261-unit multi-family development located at 850 Jaeger Street. Highlighted by exceptional indoor and outdoor amenities custom to the neighborhood, residents are also provided secure onsite parking within an attached 262-space garage.
On October 28, the New Albany Parks and Recreation department will break ground on a year-round, amenity-rich fieldhouse and community center. Pizzuti Solutions serves as Owner’s Representative.
