Grove City Town Center Mixed-Use Development

Grove City Town Center Mixed-Use Development

Pizzuti Solutions worked with the Administration and Council of Grove City to develop a mixed-use project in the community’s historic Town Center that includes multi-family units and a new public library.

The project included the design and development of an upscale multi-family project and a new public library.

Broadway Station Apartments, a 120-unit upscale multi-family project, features one-and two-bedroom units ranging from 700 to 1,770 square feet. The Grove City Library, a new, modern, 48,000-square-foot facility was designed to replace the community’s previously outdated and over-crowded library. The project meets the City’s goal of bringing additional younger professional residents to the Town Center area, as was suggested in previous master planning studies completed by the City and updated in 2010.

This project was one of the most transforming public-private projects in central Ohio, utilizing City-owned properties, privately owned properties, and creatively structured public and private financing.
