The Pizzuti Companies was selected by The Ohio State University Physicians to plan and convert an existing retail center into a state-of-the-art medical facility in Gahanna, Ohio.
The redevelopment of Ohio State Outpatient Care Gahanna was designed to house seven specialty practices and MRI imaging equipment. The 55,000-square-foot medical facility is both operational and functional while maintaining a unique design.
For greater patient and physician comfort, the offices, exam rooms, and procedure rooms feature high-quality windows and insulation that minimize noise and protect the most private of conversations. The facility includes diagnostics, physical therapy, and clinic areas.
