The Pizzuti Companies has partnered with the City of Columbus - Recreation and Parks Department on the planning, design, and construction of the new 19.38-acre Linden Park and Community Center.
In this pro-bono role, Pizzuti Solutions is providing comprehensive Owner’s Representative services for the design and planning of the Linden Park Community Center project and associated park upgrades as well as seeking out opportunities for community-focused volunteer opportunities for company staff and related company team members and suppliers.
The 35,000-square-foot facility is replacing the outdated Linden Park Center. Approximately 25,000 square feet includes a gymnasium, multi-purpose space, administration, and other related components. In addition, 10,000 square feet is designed to provide flexible space to fulfill the identified needs of the greater South Linden community.
