Phase I: 66 South Grant

66 South Grant, features four beautifully restored buildings, resulting in 70 market-rate, studio and one-bedroom units. Renovations include restoration of the original parquet floors and custom built-ins, new baths and kitchens featuring quartz countertops and stainless-steel appliances, and new entry doors.

 

Phase II: 409 Oak

409 Oak includes new and thoughtfully designed apartment homes. This phase includes a five-story residential building, with a mix of studio, one-, and two-bedroom units, and structured parking. The 80-unit building will include walk-up units, highlighting pocket gardens. The new building has been designed to complement Topiary Park and the surrounding residential developments. Levels two to five will feature wood framed construction and will include a top-floor amenity space, including a clubroom with co-working spaces and a rooftop terrace overlooking Topiary Park.
