The Pizzuti Companies and its partner, USAA Real Estate, have announced a new lease at CreekSide XVIII, bringing the multi-tenant industrial building to full occupancy.
A leading provider of ground transportation and related logistics services has leased the remaining 84,329 square feet at CreekSide XVIII, and the tenant is expected to occupy the space later this month.
“The tenant selected CreekSide for a number of reasons, including the park’s strategic location, modern design, and tax incentives,” said Phil Rasey, Vice President of Development for The Pizzuti Companies. “The lease marks full occupancy at CreekSide XVIII, and we are excited to welcome them to the park.”
Located on a 22-acre site, CreekSide XVIII features direct access from Alum Creek Drive, 32-foot clear heights, LED lighting, and a 15-year, 100 percent tax abatement. Located in a key industrial distribution corridor, CreekSide is minutes from Rickenbacker International Airport.
Within CreekSide Industrial Center, Pizzuti has developed more than 12 million square feet since initiating work on CreekSide I in 1998. One of Columbus’ largest industrial parks with approximately 500 acres, CreekSide Industrial Center is now fully developed.
