StarTech.com, an Ontario based, global manufacturer of IT connectivity parts, selected The Pizzuti Companies to build and lease the 253,900-square-foot, Class-A modern distribution facility in the southeast logistics corridor of Columbus, Ohio.
The build-to-suit project marks StarTech.com’s third expansion in the Columbus industrial market since leasing 48,000 square feet at Pizzuti’s CreekSide Industrial Center in 2011.
